I don’t watch Jeopardy all that often, but if my memory is correct (and it usually is) the whole game show pretty much plays out like the scene above. It figures those jerks from IBM would come and ruin it!

According to this post at Gizmodo, IBM developers are prepping a supercomputer named “Watson” to compete on Jeopardy. As if robots haven’t humiliated us enough with their superior power and lightning fast intellect already! More details on this disgusting story can be found at NYTimes.com.

If this comes to pass, I propose a massive protest against Jeopardy. We can all stand outside of the studio’s headquarters with picket signs that say “Men not machines!”  and “I’ll take BETRAYAL for $1000!” Who’s with me?
